Course Registration Procedure

Prospective students may register for individual courses or a vocational training program any of the following ways.

For a confirmed registration the institute will need:

A completed Registration Form OR information therein - which will need to include documentation for eligibility (see Admissions Requirements) - AND a signed Enrollment Agreement - click here to download the Enrollment Agreement (PDF) along with payment information or plans (i.e. applying for a student loan). Please make sure to read our Vocational Catalog thoroughly for school policies and student responsibilities.

Once a registration is complete our Registrar, Jenny Fowler will send out a confirmation letter that will include the following:

  • Course or Courses of Instruction
  • Dates and Times
  • Costs and Payment Methods Accepted (if a check was sent - a receipt will be enclosed)
  • Enrollment Agreement (please be sure to read for important information regarding your enrollment at PMI)
  • Registration Form (if not received)

NOTE: If you do not receive confirmation of receipt for your enrollment within 36 hours (Monday – Friday), or you are having difficulties with online enrollment please call or email PMI at: 888 893-7829 or admin@mates.org

PMI sends the Enrollment Agreement out to each student for signature per the WTECB requirements, regardless of whether registration is taken care of by the company or the student.

If a student is taking a course with one of our affiliates, instructions and expectations from our affiliates for course preparation and readiness of students will be provided, which, at times, may include medical requirements. Be sure to read everything carefully!
