Payment

Payment, or proof of payment is expected the first day of each class, for independent course and the AB to Mate program, should a student decide to pay for the program by course.  We accept credit cards, money orders, cashiers check, and personal checks.  Cash is accepted if it is exact only.

SLM Financial Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of SLM Corporation, a Fortune 500 company also commonly known as Sallie Mae, Inc. SLM Financial was founded in 1998 to serve new education and financial markets by offering private credit loans to consumers. The company provides education financing for kindergarten through high school, professional and technical training, part time education and distance learning. In addition, SLM Financial provides consumer loans in most states.

As of March 2006, PMI is now able to provide a student loan option for our students with SLM Financial, a Sallie Mae Company. To apply for this student loan please download the Instructions for OpenNet, an online based application process, here and begin. We suggest using the E-Signature option for this process as it is much faster with less paperwork.  Please read these instructions carefully.  For questions you may call the school's Registrar.

Veteran's Benefits/G.I. Bill

PMI is an approved training provider for veteran’s benefits, available to veterans and their dependents. Please call our Registrar for more information on the specific programs covered under the GI Bill. For a complete description of the educational benefits available to veteran’s and their dependants you can visit the Veteran’s Administration website at www.va.gov or call (888) 442-4551.             

Please note: Our Mate 500/1600 Tons Program is not covered, in its entirety, under the G.I. BILL.  The academic phases are covered, although the sea phases are not.  For more information call the Administrative Manager.

The PMI offers a payment plan for our Mate Program only. Please see our Mate Program section for more detailed information. For all other courses and training programs, payment for each individual course is due before the start of each course.
