Course Description
This course is required for all 2nd Mates upgrading
to Chief Mate/Master. It focuses on the practical aspects of complying with maritime legislation and a sound understanding of shipping business.
It prepares the student for the business and legislative challenges facing today’s Chief Mates and Masters.
