Course Description
This course is required for all 2nd Mates upgrading
to Chief Mate/Master. It covers the practical and legal aspects of cargo operations. It satisfies the knowledge and understanding requirement for Cargo Operations as detailed in NMC Policy letter 04/02. Additionally, this course prepares prospective Chief Mates for their role in maintaining the vessel.
